Anna Szylar

Anna Szylar - curator and cultural manager with ten years of experience in international cooperation in the field of immersive media. Initiator and programme director of the Digital Cultures festival, which was organised by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute between 2017 - 2020. Propagator and promoter of Polish art, the recognition of which she has built over many years of international work, collaborating with festivals such as SXSW, MUTEK, Tribeca Film Festival and Sheffield Doc Fest, among others. Between 2020-2023 involved with the Visual Narratives Laboratory (vnLab), where she was in charge of the VR distribution and international relations. She also works as a programme advisor for immersive festivals, including IDFA Doc Lab.
