In 2019, Kirsty Styles launched one first-of-its-kind research, training and performance project that tried to test whether journalists taking to the stage to do comedy could change some of the more familiar trust metrics around our profession, called Standup For Journalism. In her talk at the September 2019 meeting of Hacks/Hackers London, Kirsty illustrates her findings, with a few gags.
