Who is Sarah Emler?

Sarah Emler is a freelance journalist based in Vienna who specializes in foreign policy and net-policy, but who’s been working for radio, TV, and print. In the last years, she has been working for various news outlets such as Reuters News Agency, ORF, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Radio Orange, and derStandard. In addition, she is teaching mobile reporting and media law to aspiring journalists at Radio Orange. In her master studies at the University of Vienna, she focused on the impact social-media algorithms have on a voter.
