🗻 In Nepal, Herne Katha, a local web series that shows untold stories of ordinary people, launched a Youtube series for kids during the lockdown. The name of the series is “Mero Sano Saathi”, meaning “My little Friend.” In Nepal, the lockdown came into effect on 24 March.

Bidhya Chapagain (Nepali: विद्या चापागाई) is a Nepali Journalist, and a co- founder of Herne Katha. Herne Katha is a web-based series that brings the extraordinary life stories of ordinary people. She was also a presenter of Sajha Sawal – a weekly debate show produced by BBC Media Action in Nepal.
