Data visualization and podcasting for beginners

Data visualisation is a key skill for effectively communicating complex information and insights. Your readers will gladly watch the picture with data rather than read thousands of words that explain the same information. But how to do this? Is there any easy tools you can use? Yes, and we will show you!

Or maybe are you thinking about podcasting? It is the great way to reach new auditorium, so come and join the workshop to find out what’s the most important for every podcaster and where to start!

AI's integration into life: Dystopia or Utopia?

We invite you to a special workshop focusing on AI’s integration into current and future forms of media with Zeina Abi Assy and Jessica Jabr! Journalists and media professionals are facing critical challenges and creative opportunities with AI. Questions about: mis- and disinformation, image making, deepfakes and video manipulation, language models, media display, and co-creation are at the fore. How can we potentially influence the outcomes of AI into an expansive future that is not at the cost of human labour, natural resources, and social justice? And what are the ways journalists can help steer its direction?

The workshop is addressed to industry professionals interested in integrating AI applications into their work with some background knowledge about AI. We welcome journalists from all backgrounds, as it is essential to gauge different perspectives on AI's integration into their industry. Workshop hosts will provide attendees with an overview of image machine learning and image AI.

Early bird tickets for 49.99 PLN are available till March 20. Later, the prize increases to 99.99 PLN. Please make sure to reserve your seat!
