Wellbeing in the newsroom: the example of Quartz’s Talent Lab – Jackie Bischof

Jackie Bischof is Quartz's deputy news editor for Europe. She was previously the inaugural employee of Quartz's Talent Lab, an initiative to recruit exceptional journalists around the world to Quartz, and to develop and mentor in-house talent. She talks about what she learned about wellbeing in the newsroom while running initiatives including the internship and fellowship programmes, and an internal mentorship scheme.
